TOO MANY EGGS in the refrigerator; time to crack a few. Lindsey cooked some potatoes in the big black cast iron skillet, added spinach and leftover broad beans, salt and pepper and a little garlic, and it was good. Before, raw cauliflower to dip into chopped oregano and salt; after, a fine ripe Galia melon and a couple of squares of — yes! — dark chocolate.Rosé, La Ferme Julien, 2009
