Glendale, California, November 19, 2010—AFTER THE LONG DRIVE here, inevitably involving too much snacking, too much coffee, and in the face of a tough Shakespeare play (Measure for Measure), we wanted something light for supper. Pasta, for example.
We remembered an okay Italian place near the theater, known from earlier such occasions. House salad involving greens, grated carrot, tomato; then ravioli: nice pasta, too much and too pumpkiny a filling, nice butter-and-sage sauce.
