A COUPLE OF QUARTS of water; a good big handful of salt; some fusilli. We had leftover penne and tomato sauce in the refrigerator, so I heated that up and combined it with the fusilli. Green salad from out the garden.Malbec, Mendoza, "Terrenal", 2007
