FIVE SERVINGS A DAY, I'm told, is what it takes to keep us healthy; I think (I hope) that's vegetables and fruits, not just vegetables. Here are three of today's: heritage tomatoes from the farm market — what a nice tomato season we've had. Broad beans from Nancy Skall's Middleton Farms. Delicious chard from our own little potager. Afterward, leftover lentils. We had Crane melon for lunch, and there'll be our apples and pears for a bedtime snack.Sancerre, André Vatan "Les Charmes," 2006
