ONE OF THE OLD STAND-BYS tonight: whole-wheat penne. Lindsey chopped up a few fresh tomatoes to soften in olive oil with garlic and anchovies, then tossed the penne in the sauce. Afterward, the usual green salad. 
Cheap Pinot grigio
