Eastside Road, October 14, 2010—
THE SURVEY OF LEFTOVERS and convenience meals continues (it soon will end): tonight, a bowl of beans from the soup of October 4, dressed up with the last of the pesto from the 8th; a few tomatoes; an Alsatian-style onion-and-bacon tart from the freezer. Then the green salad, tonight with some leftover cucumbers and a few radishes chopped fairly fine.
